Terms & Conditions - the basics

Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by JESSICA STAGG owner of the website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using any of our Business Coaching Programmes, webinars, or guides.

 

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the program provided by JESSICA STAGG ("the Company"). By purchasing or using any product or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from purchasing or using the program.

Program Description: a. The Business Coach provides mentoring and guidance to individuals or businesses seeking assistance in improving their entrepreneurial skills and business performance. b. The program may include online courses, workshops, training materials, coaching sessions, systems and other resources as outlined in the program description.

Eligibility: a. The program is available to individuals and businesses who meet the eligibility criteria set by the Company. b. The Company reserves the right to refuse access to the program to any individual or business without providing a reason.

Payment and Fees: a. The program fees and payment terms are clearly stated on the Company's website or in any written agreement between the parties. b. All fees must be paid in full before gaining access to the program, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. c. The Company reserves the right to change

the program fees or payment terms at any time with prior notice.

Program Access and Use: a. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the program based on the specified start date, if applicable. b. The program materials and resources provided are for your personal or business use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission from the Company. c. You agree not to use the program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Intellectual Property: a. All intellectual property rights related to the program, including but not limited to course materials, training content, and program resources, are owned by the Company. b. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the program materials for personal or business use only, and you may not use the materials for commercial purposes or transfer them to any third party.

Confidentiality: a. During the course of the program, you may have access to confidential information, including trade secrets, business strategies, and other proprietary information belonging to the Company. b. You agree to keep all confidential information confidential and not disclose or use it for any purpose other than for your personal or business use related to the program.

Disclaimer of Guarantees: a. While the Company strives to provide accurate and valuable information, the program's effectiveness and results may vary based on individual effort and circumstances. b. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, financial gains, or business success as a result of participating in the program.

Limitation of Liability: a. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Business Mentoring Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations.

All products and services are non-refundable.

Billing and payments:

You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. If auto-renewal is enabled for the Services you have subscribed for, you will be charged automatically in accordance with the term you selected. If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

By purchasing or using the Business Mentoring Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
