7 BIG mistakes I see businesses make when trying to gain and close leads ❌


1) You are not creating a strong funnel and system process that you will take your lead through. From finding you to the CTA and customer journey onwards. What is your system that will turn them from a stranger, getting them to buy from you, then into a loyal returning customer?



2) You are not simplifying the process and directing the lead on exactly what you are providing and what you want them to do. Simple process + Strong CTA = HOT LEAD


3)Strong digital blueprint across your platforms. Does your business and branding echo across your platforms online? No, this does not mean you need to show up anywhere and everywhere but create a strong profile where your customers are.


4)The famous word- Staying consistent. This does not mean you need to be posting every moment of the day. Quality is better than quantity, BUT showing that you are active. That you are showing up for your customers. Showing who you are and what you do to get in front of your right audience.


5) Optimising tools. It is all great having your website, your location (if physical location), and your online platforms. But if you are not doing the background work to optimise the tools. Then you will just look stagnant and fall behind with people who are constantly trying to improve.


6) You are not making your lead feel SEEN. You want to be talking to them as if you already know them! Understand who they are, and what they do. Make them feel listened to. Understand your audience and answer the questions that they have not even answered yet so it feels like you are reading their minds!


7) Strong systems to see where your leads are on their journey. The introductions, the follow-ups, when to call, conversations.
